  This is the best workout ever! No extra weight and damage done to your joints, build strength not only in your muscles but your core, and you can fit every move to fit your own individual strengths and weaknesses but still giving you a fantastic workout. Also, the teachers are funny during the workout and put a smile on your face. They and the owner, Alyssa, are so friendly and concerned about your growth. I love it !!
