  Clean. Nice staff. Great pedicure. Terrible job on my gel manicure. She did that obligatory "I'm going to touch each nail with this tool" thing, used NO cuticle softener or oil before hacking away at them, then when she got paint on my skin and let it dry in the light, tried to pick it off with the cuticle cutter, cutting into my skin. Paint is bumpy and uneven. Love the color matching gel and regular, but not enough to come back or recommend.
