I went to this Ulta on Saturday to the salon. I was excited for my hair cut and color I got my hair done with Genevieve she was nice but all I have to say is that my hair was ruined. I have really long thick hair and she did a weird layer cut on the top of my head looks like she tried to give me some sort of mullet on the left side of my head. I understand I have thick hair which usually takes a little longer but I have gone to past salons where they cut and color it and it usually takes 3 hrs tops. Genevieve took 6.5 hours. She didn’t cut my hair how I asked and the color I got was not what I asked for either. When I noticed she started cutting it too short I mentioned it to her and she said she was “texturizing giving me more volume” my hair already has volume I don’t understand why she gave me that weird layer cut. After I told her that the cut was too short she tried to make me feel better by giving me story about when her stylist cut her hair too short. I’m so disappointed and sad. This hair cut has been the worst experience in my life. I’m nevar going back here!
